Welcome to Aloha Industries. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Aloha Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”). Hosting is provided via Cloudflare Pages; payments are processed by Stripe when checkout is enabled. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.
3. Products
We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary by device; descriptions may change. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (for physical goods) are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
6. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For EU consumers, risk of loss or damage to physical goods passes when you (or a person you designate) physically receive the goods.
7. Digital products
Digital files (e.g. STL/3MF, e-books, licences) are delivered by download link after payment. Licence terms are as stated on the product page. Where EU law allows an exception for digital content after performance begins with your prior consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply once download has started.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods without giving a reason (period starts on receipt). Contact office@aloha-industries.net. Return goods within 14 days of notifying us. We refund payments including standard delivery; we may withhold refund until goods are returned or proof is provided. You pay return shipping unless stated otherwise. Digital content exceptions may apply as above.
9. Warranty and legal guarantee
Under EU law you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods. If defective or not as described: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as applicable.
10. Intellectual property
Website content and product designs are owned by Aloha Industries or licensors. You may not copy or distribute without written permission, except as allowed by a purchased digital licence.
11. Third-party services
We use Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/R2), Stripe (payments), and Resend (contact email). We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our Privacy policy and GDPR.
13. Prohibited uses
Do not use the Services unlawfully, to infringe IP, distribute malware, or disrupt the site.
14–16. Disclaimer, liability, indemnity
Services and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits mandatory EU consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect damages to the fullest extent permitted; we do not exclude liability for death/injury from negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded. You agree to indemnify us against claims from your misuse of the Services.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. EU consumers also keep mandatory protections of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms; updates are posted on this page.
