Thank you for shopping with Aloha Industries. This policy explains how we ship orders, what costs apply, and what to expect after purchase.
Order processing
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Slovenian public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or holidays may start the next business day.
When your order ships, you receive an email with tracking details if the method supports tracking.
Shipping methods and times
Available methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and start when the order is shipped.
- Slovenia: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

Destinations
We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Other EU destinations may be offered at checkout when available. International orders may be subject to duties and delays.
Customs, duties and taxes
For UK and, where applicable, other destinations, taxes/duties/carrier fees may apply. Where calculated at checkout they are shown before you pay; otherwise they may be due on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless we state duties prepaid.
Address accuracy / lost or damaged packages
Check your address at checkout. Contact us quickly to correct it before dispatch. If a package is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we will help with the carrier.
Digital products
Files are delivered via a download link after payment — no physical shipment.
