Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Aloha Industries website.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To withdraw, email office@aloha-industries.net with a clear statement. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

2. Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (not express upgrades), without undue delay and within 14 days of learning of your decision — subject to receiving the goods or proof of return. We may reduce the refund for diminished value from unnecessary handling. Refunds use the original payment method where possible (processed via Stripe).

3. Return shipping

Unless we state otherwise or the goods are defective/not as described, you pay return shipping costs.

4. Digital products

Digital downloads (STL/3MF, e-books, licences) are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available and performance of the digital content has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right — as allowed under EU rules for digital content. If a file is corrupt or inaccessible due to our error, contact us for a re-send or remedy.

5. Defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly. Under the EU legal guarantee (minimum 2 years for goods) you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
